The Lampeter-Strasburg YMCA is looking for upbeat and safety-minded Swim Instructors to inspire swimmers of all ages. In this role, you'll help participants gain confidence, master new skills, and build a lifelong love for the water.

Whether you're new to teaching or an experienced instructor, you'll enjoy a fun, team-oriented environment where every lesson helps make a difference. Bring your energy, patience, and passion for helping others-and we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
