Banquet Captain

Overview

Part-Time / Weekends. Seasonal – anticipated end late October. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Banquet Captain to join our team. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring that all banquet events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will allow you to lead and coordinate our team of banquet servers, ensuring that all guests receive an outstanding experience. You will work closely with our event planners and culinary team to ensure that every detail is perfect. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate banquet servers to ensure flawless execution of events and high standards of service.
• Collaborate with event planners and the culinary team to ensure all details are accurate and guests receive an outstanding experience.
• Communicate clearly with staff and guests, handle any issues promptly, and maintain a positive service environment.
