Responsibilities :
- Respond efficiently and accurately to users who reach out for support.
- Follow up for more information to resolve the users' issue, triaging and escalating when necessary, and explaining possible solutions to ensure our users feel supported and valued.
- Learn and utilize support tools and software appropriately.
- Sort through user feedback from multiple channels. 1-2 years of experience providing exceptional customer service via email / written channels.
Strong written communication skills (written fluency in multiple languages is a plus) Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills First class time management and decision-making skills
