Responsibilities:

Evaluate speech and language skills of clients and develop appropriate treatment plans

Conduct and document therapy sessions, including progress notes

Provide recommendations for communication strategies and assistive technology

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality of care

Educate clients and families on speech and language development

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress

Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in speech therapy.

Uphold ethical and professional standards while delivering compassionate care.

Requirements:

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Florida

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of current treatments and technologies

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
