Job Description

Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We're seeking a talented individual to join us as a key player in our Front Office team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel in guest service, and embrace core values of integrity and passion, this role is for you!

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will:

  • Step in as Manager on Duty during the absence of the Director and Front Office Manager by supervising the Front Desk, Night Auditors, and Guest Service Agents by setting a positive example and maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Accurately compute bills, collect payments, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Greet each guest with a genuine and warm welcome, setting the tone for their stay.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Effectively find solutions that meet guests' concerns and challenges actively with your ability to listen with an empathetic approach, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping for VIP guests' arrivals enhances their play a pivotal role in training new Front Desk personnel to uphold service standards.

Requirements

  • 1 year supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to multi-task, frequently switching between or simultaneously performing functions of the front desk in order to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
  • Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
