POSITION SUMMARY
The Career Services & Workplace Literacy Coordinator supports the school district's Adult Education Department by overseeing career services, student transitions, and workforce training programs. This role coordinates Integrated Education and Training (IET) and Workplace Literacy (WPL) initiatives, builds partnerships with employers and community organizations, and assists adult learners in achieving academic and career goals. The Coordinator facilitates student recruitment and retention, provides career readiness instruction, monitors program effectiveness, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. This position plays a vital role in preparing adult learners for successful entry into post-secondary education and the workforce.

Bachelor's degree in education, Adult Education, Workforce Development, or related field required.

Strength : Ability to lift, push, pull and / or carry objects which weigh as much as 15 or more pounds on a frequent basis.

Salary Grade : $28.00 per hour
