Overview :
We are seeking a driven leader to execute our organization’s strategy around talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance and employee engagement.
You will be responsible for maintaining the current HRIS / ATS system, processes, and workflows that meet the needs of the business and you will also help to identify gaps, and implement new programs, processes and workflows.

Responsibilities
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, hiring of qualified job applicants, and onboarding and orientation for all roles.
- Coordinates employee performance review process; oversees disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Manages the bi-weekly payroll process (via Paylocity) with final approval from accounting.
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise;
may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies, practices, documentation, and records to maintain compliance;
update employee handbook as necessary.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent;
assist with annual evaluation of benefits program and provider selection.
Performs benefits administration including evaluation of existing benefits structure and recommendations for enhancement, claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
Experience :
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource leadership
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Prior exposure to HRIS and ATS systems
- Experience in a small company, owning the entire HR functions
- Experience in manufacturing a big plus
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Thrive in a fast paced, high-growth environment
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, compensation structures, HR policies, and benefits administration
- Teamwork able to work concurrently with all levels of staff in such a manner as to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills, an ability to balance immediate / long-term priorities, and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity.
- Ability to handle confidential business matters and information with discretion.
- HR certifications preferred but not required
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 Per Year
