A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement effective treatment plans for injured individuals
Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on the injured / disabled person's improvement
Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
URAC-recognized certification in case management is preferred
Reliable internet access is required
