A global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-performance li-ion batteries for Electric Vehicles (EV) and Energy Storage systems (ESS).
Are seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Director of Global Rewards to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by shaping and implementing comprehensive global rewards programs.
Responsibilities :
Compensation and Benefits Management : Develop and implement the global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the company’s overall HR strategy.
Manage the design, development, and administration of the company’s compensation and benefits policies and programs, including base salary, variable pay, and equity plans etc.
Market Analysis and Benchmarking : Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure that the company’s compensation and benefits programs remain competitive in the industry and across geographies.
Use market data to make informed decisions on salary structures, pay ranges, and benefit offerings.
Incentive Programs : Develop and manage global incentive programs, such as annual bonus plans and sales incentive plans.
Ensure that incentive programs are aligned with business objectives and drive performance and engagement.
Compliance and Governance : Ensure compliance with relevant compensation and benefits laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
Communication and Employee Education : Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees.
Provide education and guidance to employees on the company’s rewards offerings and policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- NEED CANDIDATES WITH ESOP / LTI / PRE & POST IPO EXPERIENCE
- bachelor’s degree or master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
- experience in managing compensation and benefits programs, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
- knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, policies, and regulations.
- interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with HR business partners, regional HR teams, employees, and external vendors.
