Construction Senior Project Manager - General Contractor
Our client is a leading general contractor with multiple offices throughout the Midwest. Their Ohio operations are growing due to a large backlog of work and repeat customer basis and are looking to expand their team with an additional Senior Project Manager.

Duties :
- Solicit sub contractor bids
- Assist the preconstruction team in preparation of budgets and estimates
- Coordinate permit applications for review, approval and submittal
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules
- Work alongside of Superintendent and additional project management staff to ensure successful completion of project
- Review closeout documentation and job costs
- Visit job site to ensure that project is running according to schedules
- Meet with owners, developers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders
- Assist in training of junior staff on project teams
- Monitor project progress and profitability
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in a Project Management capacity for a general contractor
- Experience overseeing large construction projects in excess of $25M
- Preferred project experience : light industrial, K-12, public, healthcare or higher education
- LEED familiarity a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Up to date on latest construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam or MS Project
- Valid US Driver's License
