Job descriptionSalesforce Administration - Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations, with an openness to continually enhance expertise in Salesforce and related technologies. Data Architecture - Design and maintain robust data models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with business objectives, while developing deeper proficiency in data strategies and tools. Business Analysis - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver actionable insights, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation. Project Management - Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that align with client success and company goals, while honing project management best practices. Strategic Leadership - Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing strategic guidance to align technology and data solutions with our client's missions, while cultivating strategic thinking and leadership capabilities. Earned a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field. Project management experience preferred. Ideally working with Mid-market accounts. Have a minimum 2-3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring the platform utilizing best practices. (Salesforce certification preferred but not required). With experience with Non-profit cloud, NPSP, and / or platform app builder. Can command the room when dealing with various stakeholders to show transformational value, turn a troubled client situation around, or optimize the solution based on their leading pain point. Compensation $90,000 - $120,000 USD Annually This reflects the base salary range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience. The range provided is only one part of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
