Job description
A company is looking for a Recruiter Specialist for a contract assignment during the day.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source, interview, and select candidates using Behavioral Interview techniques
Oversee onboarding activities and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree
Two years of recruiting or sourcing experience
