Job Summary

We are looking for full time employee with experience working in a dental office (HMO / PPO) as a treatment coordinator with good verbal skills and friendly. we use softdent dental.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills
