The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy within the fintech, blockchain, or financial services sectors. A deep understanding of DeFi models, stablecoin mechanisms, and yield-generation tactics is essential. You should possess thorough knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in financial products, along with a proven history of negotiating and executing intricate, multi-party partnerships.
