Description : Job Summary :

This position will be a physical role assisting operations by cleaning Porta Potties and supporting operations. While traveling, the position will also build relationships with the customers. Thinking on your feet and being ready to clean or sale products are the two major aspects of this position.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Visit job sites, talk with superintendents, and represent Toi Toi USA
  • Promote our services and secure new lead opportunities
  • Assist with deliveries or service as needed, including physical tasks
  • Troubleshoot issues, reroute equipment, and follow up on customer concerns
  • Track and monitor the progress of national sales accounts
  • Interact with sales force, and communicating updates
  • Support the administrative needs for the sales side of our business
  • Processing orders via email or phone
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Liaise with the Operations department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports for the team and management
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Required Skills & Abilities :

  • Training
  • Processing sales orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled effectively
  • Providing customer service, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Providing support for the sales team
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical
  • Safety-sensitive role—requires pre-employment and random drug screening (including THC)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning internal systems
  • Communication with both customers and business
