Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and able to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults within our patient-centered care model. This role requires clinical autonomy in assessing situations and managing patient care. You will collaborate with a phenomenal team that values support, communication, and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
• Act as an advocate for patient safety.
• Ensure effective use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout their stay.
