Position Overview :
PAXXUS is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Account Manager to provide top-tier support to our existing and potential customers across designated geographical territories and assigned global key accounts.
As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating a myriad of intricate projects for PAXXUS clients, ensuring seamless execution from inception to fruition.
These projects encompass collaborations in diverse areas such as package and material design, raw material procurement, cost-saving strategies, manufacturing assistance, trial coordination, and logistical operations.
The role demands the cultivation of robust business relationships and partnerships on a global scale, facilitated by unparalleled technical support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Account Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated geographical territories and global key accounts.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their unique needs and requirements with precision and efficacy.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions and resolutions to inquiries and concerns
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to evaluate performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best-in-class technical support and guidance.
Project Coordination and Business Growth :
- Coordinate and oversee a diverse array of complex projects for PAXXUS clients, managing all facets of project execution.
- Provide hands-on support throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate product trials and evaluations in collaboration with clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on account status, sales pipeline, and key initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding business with new and existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth through strategic collaboration and relationship development.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering. Engineering highly preferred.
- Three years related experience or strong packaging science background
- Proven track record of success in account management or project coordination roles
- Strong understanding of packaging or healthcare industry dynamics and market trends are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within specified timelines.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM, and software applications. Salesforce experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and project requirements.
- Approximately 40% travel is required via automobile or airplane.
