Bilingual : English / Spanish. Provide basic information of loyalty programs to customers on how to spend points, how points are earned, how many points earned at certain locations / programs. Obtains client information by answering telephone calls. Provide excellent customer service. Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call escalate when needed, adjust tone and etiquette to accommodate customer. Registering cards. Transferring cards. Updating customer information in data base. Looking up card balances. Keeping track of, organizing and using information provided to perform (emails, training manuals, printed materials etc.). Maintains communication equipment (by reporting problems). Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. Updates job knowledge by studying new program descriptions; participating in educational opportunities. Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects. Work effectively with team members. Other duties as assigned.
