The Enterprise Technology team supports insights with data and the technical systems that give our teams leverage to achieve their objectives. We work cross-functionally with Asanas business teams to understand their goals and ensure they receive the data and technical support they need to flourish.
Were looking for an experienced Product Manager to join Asanas MarTech team. Marketing Technology (MarTech) is a key pillar within Asanas Enterprise technology function and is focused on supporting the Go-To-Market strategy and execution by binding tools, technology, data initiatives to drive growth and scale.
As an experienced MarTech Product Manager you will own the technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our marketing technology stack on the digital side (enabling personalization with customer data platforms via channels like email, web, academy) driving growth, operational efficiency, and insight generation. Youll partner closely with Digital, analytics and data teams to orchestrate an integrated stack and introduce AI-powered capabilities that improve key business levers through adoption, retention initiatives.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $234,000-$275,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
