Program Development and Implementation :

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Establish emergency response plans and conduct regular drills and training sessions
• Develop and ensure safe equipment operating techniques in partnership with Operations
• Establish PPE requirements based on the job-specific requirements
