We are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, optimize performance across departments, and drive company growth under the strategic direction of the CEO.
Position OverviewThe COO is responsible for leading all operational functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, CHAP, and state regulations while maintaining the highest standards of care and efficiency. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to ensure smooth cross-departmental coordination, business growth, and regulatory excellence.
