• Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to document and organize client information.
• Assist with managing both inbound and outbound calls to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy during data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide feedback on customer experiences to help improve service processes.
