This is a remote position.
As a Customer Service Representative in the real estate industry, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing journey. This role is critical in building trust, fostering long-term client relationships, and supporting the sales team by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic service. You will manage inquiries, coordinate appointments, maintain client records, and assist with documentation, all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, responsiveness, and professionalism. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to fast-paced environments will directly contribute to client satisfaction and the overall success of the brokerage.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings, consultations, and closing appointments.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems with accurate, up-to-date information.
- Assist clients with pre-qualification processes, document collection, and follow-up tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other service providers.
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, property listings, and transaction-related documents.
- Monitor and escalate urgent client concerns to the appropriate team members on time.
- Support post-sale services, including move-in coordination and client feedback collection.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes through feedback and performance insights.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or similar).Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor.Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.Benefits
