Responsibilities :

• Serve as the key point of contact between Finance and IT teams to address system needs and enhancements.
• Manage and maintain financial systems, including platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other related applications.
• Evaluate and optimize financial workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory processes.
• Lead or assist in the implementation, integration, and upgrade of financial systems to meet organizational needs.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Develop and deliver end-user training, along with creating comprehensive documentation of system processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tools.
• Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, coordinating efforts with internal teams or external vendors as needed.
• Stay informed about system updates and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in managing financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with data mining techniques and workflows to support financial processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL for database management and querying.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end-users.
• A proactive approach to staying updated on the latest system capabilities and industry trends.
