Position Details :
- Observe patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
- Respond to life saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.
- Take and record patients' vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient
- Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care
- Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care

LPN Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening.
- Must have hands on CPR card.
- Active LPN Licenses in the state of IL Schedule :
- All shifts

- PRN, Part Time
