Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is seeking highly motivated candidates with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to fill a part-time Teller position in our La Crosse office.

We are looking for someone who can help fill specific scheduling needs within our teller team. The ideal candidate will be available for morning (opening) shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, starting at 7 : 00 a.m. or afternoon (closing) shifts on Tuesday and Thursday until approximately 6 : 15 p.m., and must be able to work Saturdays as part of the normal rotation. Saturday availability is required.

Applicants must be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players, while possessing a positive "can-do" attitude, excellent judgment, and communication skills. Candidates must also have superior customer service skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with a strong desire to succeed. Previous cash-handling experience is preferred, although not required. The duties of the position include processing customer deposits, cashing checks, and balancing a cash drawer.
