Key Responsibilities
Develop operational processes to maximize reimbursement in revenue cycle management
Hire and lead a team for claim edits, follow-up, and denial management tasks
Monitor team productivity and create guidelines for quality audits
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in healthcare billing and follow-up functions
3+ years of experience managing a team in insurance or payer follow-up
Significant understanding of the claim submission process and reimbursement delays
Exposure to mental health and / or telehealth services
Ability to shape operational strategy in an ambiguous environment
