In the Role

- Manage the entire life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other departments through various technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
- Exhibit a passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed along with a goal-oriented attitude.
- Clearly educate and inform customers about optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms, and their options.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED.Preferred :
Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.Bilingual in Spanish.Location : On site.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
