We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering modern cloud-based applications on Azure. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in .NET development, Azure cloud technologies, and Agile software delivery. Likely, the solutions will be predominantly architected / designed, and the candidate will need to learn our patterns / standards quickly while leading a team of engineers to implement new features.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and delivery of cloud-based applications using Azure technologies.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in design, coding, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, DevOps, and Security teams in an Agile environment.
• Design and implement modern REST-based APIs and microservices.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Bicep, and ARM templates .
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and unit testing to ensure high-quality software.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex C# .NET applications using MS Visual Studio .
• Experience with Azure PaaS and Azure Containers.
• Work with NoSQL databases, preferably Azure Cosmos DB .
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence.
• Act as a Delivery Lead if required, managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with the QA team, developers, project managers, product managers, and business analysts to review and approve test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
