Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Supervisor – Enhanced Living Services

Full-Time, 7a-3p Monday-Friday with availability on alternative shifts, as needed.

JOB PURPOSE :

Working LPN Supervisor (on-site), under remote RN supervision, ensuring on-site CNAs provide proficient patient-care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversees and reports on CNA attendance, performance, and education.
• Assists with center marketing
• Completes new-resident evaluations
• fills med planners, weekly
• builds CNA schedule, monthly
