This dynamic role is responsible for supporting and growing the OXO brand profitably in a number of critical channels of distribution including : supporting Sales Manager with Specialty Store chains, for the OXO and Hydro Flask brands. This individual will have the opportunity to work with key retailers and reps and will be a key point of contact and support for these customers at OXO. In addition, this role will work cross-functionally with multiple internal departments including Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain Logistics, and Packaging.
Work with sales manager to drive sales at key retailers with updates to employee training, special dating, pricing and freight programs.
Assist Sales Manager with planning, presenting, and executing new product launches and promotions in specialty chain stores.
Work closely with OXO and HYF brand communications teams to identify marketing opportunities with key retailers in this channel.
Work with SM to develop and implement e-commerce collateral to assist specialty chain stores with sales in this strategic channel.
Support Sales Manager with inventory planning, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution in specialty chain accounts.
Sales Manager in preparing seasonal opportunities, off-shelf merchandising, and national-level promotions for specialty chain stores.
Support strategy development by providing insights from channel performance and ongoing store feedback.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for store presentations, training, and promotional launches.
Serve as the key support for Sales Manager in managing specialty chain accounts, ensuring smooth execution of plans and resolving ongoing issues.
Assist Sales Manager in gathering and distributing new product info, sales updates, and training resources for specialty chain teams.
Collaborate with finance and operations to track inventory, sales, and promotional performance.
Work with sales team and cross-functional departments to identify opportunities to improve our performance as a team.
Work on new projects to help drive sales and improve productivity of internal and external sales teams.
Work with Specialty Sales Managers to create efficiencies to share and be utilized across all brands (OXO, HYF).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Multi-tasking, time management, efficiency, relationship building, and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency in conducting independent research and presenting solutions.
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note experience.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years in sales experience
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
In New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $67,033 - $83,791 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
