We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Class Action Associate to join our team. As a member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to represent victims of wage theft on a class-wide basis as it relates to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses and more. You will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, taking / defending depositions and advocating for our clients both in and out of the courtroom. This is the perfect opportunity to get experience and exposure in state and federal plaintiff’s-side class action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries.

Job Details

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 1+ year of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on wage and hour class action / PAGA cases.
• Wage and hour class action experience is required!
