Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all accounting functions, with a focus on loan accounting and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and reporting packages
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic financial initiatives
• Be available to work extended hours when necessary to meet critical deadlines
