The Plumbing Mechanic will perform maintenance, installation, and repair work on piped utility systems and fixtures, as well as the piping and connections of equipment. This role involves working under general supervision and utilizing the tools and techniques of plumbing technology. We are seeking a mechanic with significant experience and potential for growth.

Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance, installation, and repair work on piped utility systems and fixtures.
• Handle the piping and connections of equipment.
• Utilize all types of tools and equipment typically used in the plumbing trade, including specialized equipment such as power augers and pipe threaders.
• Employ powered and non-powered tools, including drills, grinders, and compressed air devices.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing issues in commercial buildings.
• Install and maintain HVAC systems and facilities.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00 / hr.
