Head of Design (eCommerce, b2b)
One of our Series A investments, in the eCommerce b2b space is looking to bring on a Head of Design. Their platform is shaping the future of e-commerce by helping brands transform clicks into conversions with highly personalized, 1 : 1 dynamic shopping experiences.
As the Head of Design, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of e-commerce. This is a hands on leader role, where you'll work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for their platform, all with the mission of transforming the way brands connect with their audiences and sell online.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working across mobile and web products, designing 0-1 apps from scratch.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
- 2+ years of management experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including UI / UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Greylock, and QED. This is a remote opportunity, but we have a preference for someone to be located in San Francisco.
