As a Dispatch Officer at a higher education location, you will play a critical role in monitoring and coordinating security-related operations to help create a secure environment for students, faculty, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include communicating with on-site teams, responding promptly to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports. Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
