As the Family Services Administrative Coordinator (FSAC), you will provide administrative and clerical support for the Family Services team, which includes PDMS, Family Services, Family Support, and Family Centered Early Supports and Services.
Your responsibilities will include though are not limited to data entry into various internal and web-based systems, uploading documents into program-specific files, and organizing and maintaining department files.
You will also collect, track, and maintain database information as needed for reporting needs, assist with the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, type notes for departmental staff meetings, and create / modify documents as needed.
You must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred. You must also possess 2 3 years of administrative support experience and be very proficient in MS Office applications.
You must have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with Case Management functions is highly desired. We may require an MS Office proficiency screen during the interview process.

Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, Reports to Area Agency Operations Officer, $17 $20 per hour depending upon experience

- Proof of Eligibility for employment in the U.S.
- Passing a criminal background, MVR and BEAS check, OIG Exclusion List check and DCYF check
- Valid Driver’s License and Proof of valid auto insurance
- Must be 18 years of age or older per NH state regulations
- Proof of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Passing a TB test
Compensation details : 17-20 Hourly Wage
