Location : East Syracuse, NY | Pay Rate : 22 / hour | Schedule : Full-Time : Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Account Representative to join our Customer Care Center. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for distributors needing replacement components — playing a critical role in resolving inquiries and keeping operations running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do Every Day

• Handle 60–70 inbound calls / cases daily with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist distributors with parts selection, pricing, availability, orders, expediting, and limited technical support
• Provide outstanding follow-up to ensure distributor and sales manager satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Managers, Parts Counter personnel, and other distributor contacts
• Resolve issues through collaboration with internal teams and departments
• Participate in Carrier Excellence Activities to drive continuous improvement
• Manage and compile reports from multiple data sources to support customer operations

Pay Details : 22.00 per hour
