The Walmart+ Member Acquisition team is accountable for driving membership growth by bringing in new trial, paid and reactivated members and engaging trial members by getting them to use their benefits early in their tenure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy to help new Walmart+ trial members stay engaged and convert to paid membership
• Define and execute plans that drive early tenure engagement, focusing on high-impact opportunities
• Monitor trial performance and uncover insights to improve the member experience and deliver results
• Be the go-to expert for all things Walmart+ Trial — from performance trends to optimization strategies
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams to bring ideas to life
• Identify what motivates different member groups and use those insights to shape targeted strategies
• Test, learn, and iterate — using data to inform decisions and continuously improve how we serve members

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Locations : Hoboken, New Jersey; Bentonville, Arkansas. Salary ranges : Hoboken : $108,000.00-$216,000.00; Bentonville : $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock may also be offered for certain positions.
