Job Description

As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol in Elizabeth City, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As a valued member of the Allied Universal team serving a government location, you will take on the important responsibilities of an Armed Patrol Officer. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the assigned area, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will be entrusted with carrying a firearm and must adhere to all protocols for armed posts. This position also requires driving as part of your duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Your commitment to outstanding customer service and clear communication will help foster positive interactions with staff and visitors. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
