Pay Rate : $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols around the hotel and resort property, including the perimeter and common areas, to help to deter unwanted activity

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior

Document observations, incidents, and / or activities as required by site protocols

Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and emergency personnel as needed

Support a welcoming environment while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required

A valid guard card or license is preferred

Customer service experience is preferred

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
