The posted compensation range of $19.96 - $28.19 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Personnel assigned on shifts to carry out planned activities of the security program as well as any authorized duties relating to emergency management functions.
- Implements requirements of the Security Management Plan. Manages and coordinates responses to critical incidents. Monitors and documents actual and potential security breaches.
- Monitors existing security systems and technologies for possible security leaks or fraud.
- Conducts ongoing security orientation and training of assigned staff and may serve as Field Training Officer.
- Maintains a high level of visibility and provides an armed presence in the Emergency Department and Siena Hello Desk.
- Conducts routine safety patrols of assigned areas reporting safety and security issues within those areas.
- Responds to calls for Security presence within the Emergency Department and assists staff as requested.
A valid License to Carry a Concealed Weapon in the state of Nevada (CCW) is a mandatory requirement for this position.
