Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer

Ryder is currently hiring a full-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer. The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments.

Support the recruitment team with the following tasks :

• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
• Facilitate / coordinate interviews
• Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Compensation Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; and more. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Hourly

Minimum Pay Range : $20.00

Maximum Pay Range : $22.00
