A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Representative II (Remote) to manage customs documentation and clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare customs entries and coordinate freight delivery to designated locations

Communicate documentation discrepancies and follow up on clearance processes

Handle administrative tasks, including report preparation and data entry

Required Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent

Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations

Basic computer skills

Basic understanding of the harmonized tariff schedule (HS) system
