Security Guard / Front Desk Attendant

One of the area's leading providers of senior housing is adding to the team! We are seeking a diligent multi-tasker to perform various security, janitorial, and maintenance functions on behalf of community residents.

As a Vitality Security Guard, you will

• Make routine rounds at frequent intervals throughout the buildingand grounds, noting any abnormal situations
• Assist residents and staff in the event of an emergency
• Ensures that offices and doorways are locked and / or unlocked asneeded
• Maintains an incident log to includes abnormal activities andmaintenance request as required.
• Performs janitorial duties as assigned, including nightly garbagecollection and disposal.
• Answers after-hours calls and records and routes messages.
