Position Summary :

As the Manufacturing Excellence Manager you play apivotal role in leading the development, alignment, and execution of a comprehensive performance improvement strategy across our factory. As the go-to expert and single point of contact for Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiatives, you will play a crucial role in shaping our operational success. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, inspire innovation, and implement best practices that elevate our manufacturing processes to new heights. Key Responsibilities :

• Directly report to the Factory Manager.
• Functionally partner with Market TPM Regional Managers.
• Responsible for the NCE Implementation Strategy, Nestle Pillar activities, and Industrial Performance within the factory.
• Supervise Manufacturing Excellence Specialists where applicable.
• Co-develop a factory improvement strategy that considers :

Business priorities

Nestle Continuous Excellence rollout plan and digital roadmap

Ensuring proper governance and routines at factory and local leadership levels to track execution progress and sustainability of improvements.

Experience & Education Requirements :

The approximate pay range for this position is $125,000.00 to $150,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
