JOB DESCRIPTION
Bathhouse is looking for an attentive, organized, hands-on Therapies Attendant (Full Time) to join our team. One of the primary responsibilities of our Therapies Attendant is to liaise between practitioners and clients.
Secondary duties include cleaning our pools, saunas, and locker room areas. This role is an integral part of the team, responsible for providing a high level of service to Bathhouse guests.
Our immediate, primary needs are weekends and evenings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be an expert in all things Bathhouse has to offer
- Reference scheduling platform to ensure a smooth flow and transition between appointments
- Communicate with practitioners and their clients.
- Reset treatment rooms to spec for upcoming appointments
- Assist practitioners as needed
- Ensure all operating protocols are being observed at all times
- Focus on maintaining the appearance of pool areas.
- Therapies rooms should be fully stocked and up to the Bsahthouse standards with cleanliness at all times.
- Maintain the vibes at all times.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience : Hospitality industry experience (6 months to 1 year preferred)
- Education : High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Possess certification or willingness to get certified in Adult CPR and First Aid training.
- Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Be an organized thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
- Must be reliable and professional. The attendance policy is strictly observed.
- Ability to work independently and be a team and a team player.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Job Type : Full-time. 8-hour shifts, weekend availability required.
- Pay : $17 - $23 per / hour DOE
