What we're looking for :
3-5 years' relevant restaurant experience
Intuitive understanding of full service, casual upscale restaurant service
Strong financial acumen to understand financial implications, understanding P&L, understanding COGs, labor, and operations excellence
Ability to demonstrate accurate cash handling and reconciliations
Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (reservation platforms, inventory management systems, point of sale systems)
State required food safety certifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead.
Strong people management experience and abilities
Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success, dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
