Job description

An established HVAC company in the Danbury, CT area is seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our residential and light commercial service operations. We've been delivering top-quality solutions and excellent customer service for nearly two decades and are looking for a strong leader to join our team.

What You'll Do :

  • Oversee daily field operations and ensure quality workmanship
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of HVAC technicians
  • Conduct job site inspections for safety and quality
  • Coordinate schedules and project timelines
  • Assist with troubleshooting and escalated technical issues

    • What You Bring :

  • 5+ years of residential / light commercial HVAC experience
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • NATE Certification a plus (reimbursement offered)

    • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 a.m.-4 : 00 p.m., with seasonal overtime.
