Senior Office Manager
A well-established consumer goods company is seeking a Senior Office Manager to join its expanding headquarters in North Wales, PA. This newly created position plays a critical role in streamlining office operations and supporting internal teams as the business scales. The ideal candidate brings leadership, a process-driven mindset, and hands-on experience in office and operational functions.

Hours : Monday through Friday | 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
Compensation : $85,000 $110,000
What You'll Do
- Lead and support daily office operations, stepping in to assist where needed
- Work closely with senior leadership on special initiatives related to logistics, vendor contracts, and shipping challenges
- Oversee or assist with financial operations including AP and AR functions
- Serve as a reliable resource for team members across departments, including Sales, Product Development, Customer Support, and Accounting
- Help maintain workflow efficiency across projects and cross-functional efforts
- Review, track, and support contract documentation and agreements
- Participate in process development and policy communication
- Handle occasional overflow administrative tasks and team support during peak periods
Qualifications
Able to be onsite and commute to North Wales, PAHolds a U.S. bachelor's degree (required)Brings recent experience in the consumer goods industryHas a background in operations or logistics, with familiarity handling FedEx, UPS, and shipping concernsComfortable reviewing and signing off on business or vendor contractsProficient in either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable (knowledge of both preferred)Tech-savvy with strong general computer skills and experience using ERP systemsCommunicates clearly and professionallyboth verbally and in writingHas experience supporting customers or working in an e-commerce environmentTakes initiative, meets deadlines, and continuously seeks ways to improve processesPerks of the Position
